3D-printen is een geautomatiseerd productieproces dat steeds belangrijker wordt in de industrie en in handmatige beroepen. De kwaliteit van 3D-prints kan sterk vari\u00ebren: niet alleen de 3D-printer zelf en de instellingen van de slicer hebben een doorslaggevende invloed op het resultaat; De kwaliteit van de gebruikte filamenten is ook bijzonder bepalend voor het resultaat van het additive manufacturing-proces. Dit omvat zowel de selectie van de grondstoffen waaruit de filamenten zijn gemaakt als de diameter van de filamentstreng: deze moet constant blijven zodat de lagen gelijkmatig over elkaar heen kunnen worden gelegd. Daarnaast speelt de kleurechtheid een belangrijke rol, die reproduceerbaar moet zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sterke voordelen voor een breed scala aan toepassingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>De Material4Print-filamenten<\/a> worden vooral gekenmerkt door hun gemakkelijke bedrukbaarheid, de rondheidstoleranties zijn 0,02 millimeter, zowel positief als negatief. De diametertoleranties zijn ook maximaal 0,02 millimeter. Het spectrum aan varianten van de filamentspoelen is divers en varieert van 0,75 kilogram tot twee en 4,5 tot acht kilogram. Filamenten zelf zijn verkrijgbaar in diktes van 1,75 millimeter<\/a> en 2,85 millimeter<\/a>. De authenticiteit van de kleuren is continu gegarandeerd. De materiaalkeuze is enorm, waardoor de gebruiker een breed scala aan toepassingen heeft. Een ander bijzonder kenmerk van Material4Print filamenten is dat er nauwelijks geurtjes ontstaan \u200b\u200bbij het maken van de 3D prints. De bijgevoegde gegevensbladen geven de gebruiker ook alle informatie die nodig is om met de materialen om te gaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veilige kwaliteit door dialoog en controle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Material4Print was het eerste Duitse bedrijf dat de productie van filamenten voor 3D-printen op zich nam. De filamenten worden vervaardigd onder strikte kwaliteitscontroles binnen een smal tolerantiebereik. De ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van de filamenten wordt geco\u00f6rdineerd in samenwerking met hogescholen en universiteiten in Duitsland om de procesbetrouwbaarheid voor de gebruiker continu te verhogen.
