Daarnaast komt uit het onderzoek naar voren dat in de bedrijfstakken waarin robots het meest worden ingezet, de ingebruikname vaak geen invloed had op het aantal banen. Echter, robots hadden bij een kwart van de industri\u00eble bedrijven die robotica gebruikten, wel degelijk gevolgen voor het aantal banen.<\/p>\n<p>Toch heeft 95 procent van beslissers in de industrie interesse in \u2018collaboratieve robots\u2019 oftewel \u2018cobots\u2019, blijkt uit onderzoek van reichelt elektronik. * Cobots zijn robots die samenwerken met mensen en ze zijn, in tegenstelling tot robots, gericht op ondersteuning van menselijke werkzaamheden. Door de introductie van cobots kunnen juist nieuwe banen worden gecre\u00eberd.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>De introductie van \u2018cobots\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De meerderheid van de Nederlandse bedrijven (52,5 procent) maakt nog geen gebruik van robots. Redenen die hiervoor worden gegeven, zijn met name de te hoge aanschafkosten (46 procent), mogelijke incompatibiliteit met bestaande systemen (33 procent) en gebrek aan interne kennis en kunde (32 procent). Van de ondervraagden geeft echter meer dan de helft (55 procent) aan in de komende twaalf maanden voornemens te zijn nieuwe robots aan te schaffen of bestaande roboticaoplossingen uit te breiden.<\/p>\n<p>Van de ondervraagden die ge\u00efnteresseerd zijn in cobots, is ongeveer de helft (47 procent) van plan om in de komende twaalf maanden al cobots binnen het bedrijf te introduceren, waardoor nieuwe banen gecre\u00eberd worden. De cobots kunnen impact hebben in verschillende industrie\u00ebn en de manier waarop gewerkt wordt, omdat de mensen dan samen met de robot werken in plaats van dat de medewerker zelf al het werk doet.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Meer productiviteit, minder fouten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De belangrijkste redenen voor de inzet van robots zijn het vergroten van productiviteit (vijftig procent), het uit handen nemen van zware taken voor werknemers (45 procent) en het risico op fouten terugdringen (42 procent). Met name voor fysiek zware en gevaarlijke taken kiezen organisaties voor robots, maar robots worden ook voor testdoeleinden ingezet. Daarnaast zijn robots die geen zwaar werk overnemen, maar bijdragen aan betere resultaten door (bij)scholing en training populair. Van de respondenten heeft 68,5 procent interesse in educatieve robots.<\/p>\n<p>Tobias Thelemann, productmanager bij reichelt elektronik, zegt: \u201cMet de automatisering en de robotica kunnen bedrijven zien dat taken snel en effici\u00ebnt worden uitgevoerd. Ondanks enkele uitdagingen zijn we ervan overtuigd dat de trend naar meer automatisering door het gebruik van robots en soortgelijke technologie\u00ebn zich ook in 2020 zal voortzetten.
