In het tweede deel wordt uitgelegd hoe de verzamelde gegevens verder kunnen worden verwerkt en welke conclusies daaruit kunnen worden getrokken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-correct-meten\">Correct meten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om betrouwbare meetresultaten te verkrijgen, is het meetapparaat twee keer nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Meetapparaat 1<\/strong> registreert de aanvoertemperatuur en de retourtemperatuur van de verwarmingsinstallatie.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meetapparaat 2<\/strong> registreert de kamertemperatuur in de woonruimte en de buitentemperatuur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alleen met deze vier meetwaarden is het mogelijk om de juiste conclusies te trekken. Om de meetwaarden van de verwarmingsinstallatie correct te kunnen interpreteren, moeten namelijk de kamertemperatuur en de buitentemperatuur bekend zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De meetmethode moet als volgt worden begrepen:<br><strong>Bij een kamertemperatuur van 22 \u00b0C en een buitentemperatuur van -2 \u00b0C moet de verwarming een aanvoertemperatuur van 69 \u00b0C leveren. In de retourleiding is van de toegevoerde 69 \u00b0C nog 27 \u00b0C aanwezig.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hieruit blijkt al snel welke verwarmingstechnologie geschikt is voor het gebouw en welke niet. Zo helpt de oude verwarming bij het bepalen van zijn opvolger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een belangrijke factor voor de meting is het juiste seizoen, want meten in de zomer heeft weinig zin. Ideale meetmomenten zijn januari en februari, wanneer de verwarming het meest wordt gebruikt. Het beste tijdstip van de dag is &#8216;s nachts van 22.00 uur tot 8.00 uur, dan zijn de koudste periodes geregistreerd. Een eventuele nachtverlaging moet hiervoor worden uitgeschakeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er is nog \u00e9\u00e9n punt waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden: de warmwaterbereiding kan tot meetfouten leiden als er geen terugstroombeveiliging is ge\u00efnstalleerd tussen het warmwaterverwarmingscircuit en het normale verwarmingscircuit. Hierdoor kan het gebeuren dat het verwarmingswater van de warmwaterbereiding de meetsensor van de retourleiding opwarmt. Als dat het geval is, moet de warmwaterbereiding tijdens de meting worden uitgeschakeld. Nu melden de temperatuursensoren elke 60 seconden de gemeten waarden, die vervolgens worden overgebracht naar een CSV-bestand. Aangezien de datum en tijd via een NTP-server worden ontvangen, zijn beide meetapparaten synchroon ingesteld. Als u de geregistreerde gegevens wilt uitlezen voor verdere verwerking, moet u eerst de meetcyclus stoppen. Daarna kunt u de gegevens met een FTP-programma via het FTP-protocol naar de pc overbrengen. Hiervoor is het gratis Windows-programma WinSCP een goede keuze. U kunt het hier <a href=\"https:\/\/winscp.net\/eng\/docs\/lang:de?#utm_source=winscp&amp;utm_medium=app&amp;utm_campaign=6.3.4\"><strong>downloaden<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na de installatie moeten de twee meetapparaten als FTP-server worden geregistreerd. Hiervoor hebt u het IP-adres, de gebruikersnaam en het wachtwoord nodig. Het IP-adres wordt weergegeven wanneer het meetapparaat wordt ingeschakeld. De gebruikersnaam en het wachtwoord zijn in de sketch geregistreerd. Deze kunnen worden gewijzigd in regel 151 van de sketch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ga als volgt te werk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start WinSCP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open \u2018Nieuw tabblad\u2019 drijvende-kommagetallen weer met een punt als decimaalteken, wat standaard is in Engelssprekende landen. Daardoor worden de gegevens in een Duits Excel-bestand ge\u00efnterpreteerd als datum. In het importvenster van Excel kunt u echter de punt en komma omwisselen. Bij andere programma&#8217;s is dat niet zo eenvoudig mogelijk. Als een komma als decimaalteken nodig is, moet elke punt worden omgezet in een komma. Hiervoor kunt u de functie \u201cZoeken\u201d en \u201cVervangen\u201d van de programma&#8217;s gebruiken. Hiervoor is de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rj-texted.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RJ-teksteditor<\/a><\/strong> zeer geschikt, die gratis kan worden gedownload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-toepassingsvoorbeeld\">Toepassingsvoorbeeld<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Als alle gegevens zijn verzameld, kan men met de verwarmingsinstallateur om de tafel gaan zitten en de offertes voor verwarmingsinstallaties vergelijken met de vastgestelde waarden. Zonder de vakkennis van de verwarmingsinstallateur is het moeilijk om de juiste installatie te kiezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een concreet project waarbij het hier gepresenteerde meetapparaat werd gebruikt, was de vervanging van een 30 jaar oude gasverwarming in een oud gebouw (3 wooneenheden) uit 1959. De energieadviseur deed het volgende voorstel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Volledige vervanging van de isolatie van het gebouw<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vervanging van alle leidingen en radiatoren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installatie van vloerverwarming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bouw van een pelletbunker voor de aanbevolen pelletverwarming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De totale kosten bedroegen ongeveer 120.000 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na de meting en het daaropvolgende advies van de verwarmingsinstallateur werd uiteindelijk gekozen voor een hybride gasverwarmingsinstallatie, bestaande uit een warmtepomp en een gasverwarming (voorbereid voor waterstof) voor de piekbelastingen. Er hoefde niets aan het gebouw te worden veranderd, noch aan de leidingen, noch aan de isolatie.
