Met de nieuwe Booster K1-robots verzekerde het team zich van de wereldtitel in de \u201cHumanoid League \u2013 Kid Size\u201d \u2013 bekroond met een duidelijke 11-0 overwinning in de finale tegen het Chinese team TH-MOS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor de wedstrijd portten de studenten eerst hun reeds voor Nao-robots ontwikkelde software naar de Boosters en breidden deze uit met AI-ondersteunde functies. Hierdoor leerden de humano\u00efde K1-robots obstakels te ontwijken, te navigeren, op te staan en uiteindelijk ook te scoren. Bovendien vierde een van de robots zijn Europese debuut tijdens de bedrijfsloop in Leipzig \u2013 en bereikte daar met succes de finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De samenwerking met Booster Robotics maakte dit succes mogelijk: meer rekenkracht, nauwkeurigere sensoren en een robuuste mechanica gaven de robots uit Leipzig een beslissende voorsprong. Het resultaat is niet alleen een sportieve triomf, maar ook een indrukwekkend bewijs van de prestaties van humano\u00efde robots.
