Formlabs s&#8217;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait un nom en tant que d\u00e9veloppeur de syst\u00e8mes particuli\u00e8rement performants et accessibles pour l&#8217;impression 3D. Les nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux en r\u00e9sine pour l&#8217;impression 3D de bureau sont souples et faciles \u00e0 traiter, ce qui les rend id\u00e9aux pour le prototypage de biens de consommation, de pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 effets sp\u00e9ciaux ou de pi\u00e8ces sp\u00e9ciales en robotique. En \u00e9tant capables de produire elles-m\u00eames ces articles dans leurs propres installations de production en quelques heures, les entreprises \u00e9liminent d\u00e9sormais le risque de longs d\u00e9lais d&#8217;attente ou de retards dans la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement. De cette fa\u00e7on, les co\u00fbts peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e9conomis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adaptable comme du caoutchouc : la R\u00e9sine Flexible 80A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<span data-view=\"article\" data-artid=\"294614\" data-lang=\"de\"><\/span>La R\u00e9sine Souple 80A est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux poign\u00e9es, moules, joints, amortissements et formes anatomiques des tendons ou cartilages. La r\u00e9sine flexible d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponible a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour se rapprocher des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du caoutchouc ou du polyur\u00e9thane thermoplastique (TPU). En tant que r\u00e9sine synth\u00e9tique la plus dure du groupe des r\u00e9sines flexibles et \u00e9lastiques, la r\u00e9sine flexible 80A a un durom\u00e8tre shore de 80A. Le durom\u00e8tre Shore 50A le rend parfait pour les pi\u00e8ces d&#8217;impression 3D qui sont autrement en silicone. Le mat\u00e9riau est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistant : il peut \u00eatre d\u00e9form\u00e9, \u00e9tir\u00e9 ou pli\u00e9 \u00e0 volont\u00e9 sans \u00eatre endommag\u00e9. En cons\u00e9quence, ce mat\u00e9riau est pr\u00e9destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la production de soi-disant wearables tels que des sangles, des boutons et des boutons compressibles, des bo\u00eetiers extensibles et des mod\u00e8les anatomiques de tissus mous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les r\u00e9sines de la nouvelle famille de mat\u00e9riaux peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es avec les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reichelt.com\/fr\/fr\/?ACTION=103&amp;MANUFACTURER=formlabs&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">imprimantes 3D<\/a> Formlabs Form 2, Form 3 et Form 3B.
