Il est possible de rouler sur de l&#8217;asphalte, des pav\u00e9s ou des terrains ext\u00e9rieurs accident\u00e9s sans effectuer de r\u00e9glage. Avec une vitesse maximale de 5 km\/h, ce syst\u00e8me convient aussi bien aux patrouilles planifi\u00e9es qu&#8217;aux essais cibl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa construction robuste, avec un indice de protection IP65, permet une utilisation dans des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques variables. L&#8217;autonomie de la batterie est d&#8217;environ 4,5 heures en fonctionnement continu. Dans le cadre de projets de recherche, la navigation autonome permet d&#8217;obtenir des profils de d\u00e9placement reproductibles pour effectuer des mesures comparatives et valider des algorithmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plateforme est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#8217;une cam\u00e9ra st\u00e9r\u00e9o RVB et peut, en option, \u00eatre dot\u00e9e d&#8217;une cam\u00e9ra thermique, d&#8217;une cam\u00e9ra infrarouge et d&#8217;un LiDAR. Ces capteurs permettent d&#8217;obtenir une perception d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l&#8217;environnement, de d\u00e9tecter les obstacles et de collecter des donn\u00e9es. Le GPS, le Wi-Fi et la 4G assurent la connectivit\u00e9 et la transmission des donn\u00e9es. Il en r\u00e9sulte un ensemble de donn\u00e9es quantitatives, expoitables pour des audits de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou pour des analyses scientifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-architecture-ouverte-adaptee-aux-besoins-individuels\">Une architecture ouverte adapt\u00e9e aux besoins individuels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ascento Research repose sur une plateforme open source avec acc\u00e8s root. Le mat\u00e9riel et les logiciels peuvent \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e.
