Le Lean associe des m\u00e9thodes, des outils et un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit qui rendent possible l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side sa force : le Lean Management cr\u00e9e de l\u2019ordre, de la transparence et une orientation claire \u2013 et motive \u00e0 concevoir activement les processus de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-signifie-le-lean-management\">Que signifie le Lean Management ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au c\u0153ur du Lean Management se trouve un objectif clair : rendre visibles les activit\u00e9s sans valeur ajout\u00e9e et les \u00e9liminer progressivement.
