If it was not yet possible to protect electronic components from unwanted voltage peaks with the previously available fillers, Material 4 Print offers a solution to this problem with its new ESD-PLA filaments. <\/div>\n\n\n\n

New filaments prevent unwanted charge equalization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>If there is a sudden equalization of charge between two objects with different voltage potentials, this so-called electrostatic charge or ESD (English for electrostatic discharge) can lead to considerable damage to people and property. Depending on the strength of the charge, a more or less dangerous electric shock can occur. However, electronic components can also be damaged and highly flammable materials can be set on fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to their high ability to dissipate energy, the new ESD-PLA filaments from the East Westphalian manufacturer Material 4 Print are able to intercept and evenly dissipate high energy peaks, such as those that occur with sudden discharges. The filaments, such as the M4P SW10264, are characterized by their excellent print quality and easy processing – without sacrificing strength. The material hardly shrinks when it cools down, so you can print your plan with pinpoint accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filaments from Material 4 Print: Perfectly suited for every requirement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With the ESD-PLA filaments you are well prepared for every requirement – regardless of whether you want to print trays or housings for electronic components. The material has a resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 and is therefore ideally suited to act as a protective handle on power tools.
