For decades, the WAGO company has been the German epitome of connection technology of the highest quality. The latest splicing connector in the WAGO 221 splicing connector series, the WAGO 221-2411<\/a>, continues this tradition: with its slim design, it is perfectly conceived for use where space is limited.

In contrast to the previous splicing connector in the series, the WAGO 221-2411 also allows conductors to be connected in rows. This creates a larger area of application for the individual splicing connector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WAGO lever technology makes tools superfluous<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Who hasn’t experienced it? When installing splicing connectors on cables, you can easily run out of hands – especially if you have to use additional tools. Especially in tight places, it is often difficult to connect cables with a connector using a tool. The WAGO 221-2411 solves this problem with its innovative lever technology: It makes it possible to do it without tools during installation – the connector is opened with a lever so that cables can be connected very easily. This saves time during extensive installation work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its compact dimensions of 8.1 mm in width and 8.9 mm in length, the WAGO splicing connector is the perfect size to enable a high wiring density despite limited space. Nevertheless, two stranded conductors from 0.2 to 4 mm2<\/sup> can be connected in this feed-through connector in no time at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More room to manoeuvre thanks to easy-to-use fixing adapter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the WAGO 221 Series fastening adapter with strain relief, up to five connecors can be connected in parallel via the WAGO 221-2505<\/a>, so that a total of ten cables can be connected. However, the adapters not only enable the installation of multi-pole cables, but also provide convenient position fixing of the connectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tools are also obsolete with the five adapters<\/a> – the connectors can be easily clicked into the adapters using the same lever technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The use of WAGO splicing connector and adapters are therefore not only ideal for installation sites with little space, they also make electrical installation in general easier, make work more efficient and provide secure connections in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
