3D printing is an automated manufacturing process that is becoming increasingly important in industry and in manual professions. The quality of 3D prints can vary greatly: not only the 3D printer itself and the slicer settings have a decisive influence on the result; In particular, the quality of the filaments used is also decisive for the result of the additive manufacturing process. This includes both the selection of the raw materials from which the filaments are made and the diameter of the filament strand: it should remain constant so that the layers can be evenly superimposed. In addition, color fastness plays an important role, which should be reproducible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strong advantages for a wide range of applications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>The Material4Print filaments<\/a> are particularly characterized by their easy printability, the roundness tolerances are 0.02 millimeters for both positive and negative. The diameter tolerances are also up to 0.02 millimeters. The spectrum of variants of the filament spools is diverse and ranges from 0.75 kg to two and from 4.5 to eight kg. Filaments themselves are available in thicknesses of 1.75 millimeters<\/a> and 2.85 millimeters<\/a>. The authenticity of the colors is continuously guaranteed. The choice of materials is immense, which allows the user a wide range of applications. Another special feature of the Material4Print filaments is that hardly any odors are emanating while creating the 3D prints. The enclosed data sheets also give the user all the information that is required for handling the materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Safe quality through dialogue and control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Material4Print was the first German company to take on the production of filaments for 3D printing. The filaments are manufactured under strict quality controls within a narrow tolerance range. The development and optimization of the filaments is coordinated in exchange with colleges and universities in Germany in order to continuously increase process reliability for the user. This way of working is emerging as a model for success, because the Material4Print filaments have consistently proven themselves with consistent quality in professional applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
