Choosing the right colours is really fun with modern LEDs. LED lamps impress with their wide range of colours and create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the cold, dreary winter months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to intelligent lighting management rooms are easy to light perfectly and according to individual preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lighting control with modern LEDs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the development of new lighting systems, there are now a range of possibilities for controlling your lighting. Good lighting can improve your general wellbeing, performance and concentration, as well as sleep patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The right light colour for more concentration and wellbeing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The darker months of the year can cause &#8220;winter blues&#8221; for many people. Daylight influences the interaction of the body&#8217;s own hormones, melatonin and serotonin, so inner balance on darker days can be effected. Neutral white and daylight white (4,000 K to 8,000 K) are therefore particularly useful for improving wellbeing, as the high blue content and good color rendering are stimulating and attention-grabbing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In contrast, warm white (2,700 K) with its cosy character is very well suited for living spaces. The CRI describes how realistic the colours of objects are seen in the light. This value should ideally be greater than 70. The OSRAM GLOWDim has a colour rendering index of &gt;80 and can also be combined with other GLOWDim products. The M\u00fcller-Licht HD95 LED proves that a pleasant atmosphere with warm white light and excellent colour rendering are not mutually exclusive. With 2,700 K and a CRI of 95, natural light conditions are easy to create in the living area, bathroom or in the study for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An even wider range of colours is provided by OSRAM Active &amp; Relax. Whether it&#8217;s warm white for relaxation or cool white for activity &#8211; a double-click on the wall switch is enough to create individual lighting moods with a single lamp. Like all LEDs, OSRAM Active &amp; Relax scores with its particularly long service life and considerable energy efficiency values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to stage rooms with ambience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With a coherent lighting concept, every room can have its own atmosphere. Floor or table lamps, pendant or reading lamps are great for this. Indirect light sources are also suitable for TV walls to protect the eyes and to accentuate the screen but not to overload it with light. This reflects the light back to the ceiling. In this sense, the wall acts as a light source that provides indirect brightness in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To highlight particular pieces of furniture or art, LED strips are a great solution that flexibly adapt to set atmospheric, gentle accents. They are self-adhesive, easy to cut lengthwise and apply to both flat and curved surfaces.
