This single-board computer combines AI acceleration with deterministic control, targeting applications that process and act on data in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At its core is a dual architecture. A Qualcomm Dragonwing\u2122 IQ8 Series processor handles AI workloads and delivers up to 40 TOPS via its integrated NPU. Meanwhile, an STM32H5 microcontroller manages time-critical tasks such as motor control and actuation. This design brings together AI inference and physical control on one platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board features 16 GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable storage. The main processor runs Linux distributions such as Ubuntu or Debian, while the microcontroller operates using the Arduino Core on Zephyr OS. This combination links embedded development with Linux-based AI workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Introducing Arduino VENTUNO Q\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SzT6vDtz6rU?start=38&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-from-ai-processing-to-direct-action\"><strong>From AI processing to direct action<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A key objective of the VENTUNO Q is to integrate perception, decision-making and execution. Rather than using distributed systems, a single board handles all steps, thereby reducing system complexity and simplifying development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Arduino\u00ae App Lab environment unifies development workflows. Arduino sketches, Python scripts and AI pipelines can be combined on one platform. A variety of pre-trained models are also available, including local LLMs, VLMs, speech processing (ASR and TTS), gesture recognition and object tracking. All of these models can be executed on the device itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edge Impulse Studio integration enables the development and deployment of custom models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-extensive-connectivity-for-robotics-and-edge-systems\"><strong>Extensive connectivity for robotics and edge systems<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The board supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth\u00ae 5.3, as well as industrial interfaces such as CAN-FD, PWM and high-speed GPIO. Connections are also provided for multiple MIPI-CSI cameras, audio, displays and 2.5 Gb Ethernet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is compatible with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reichelt.com\/de\/en\/shop\/manufacturer\/ARDUINO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arduino\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> UNO\u2122 shields, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reichelt.com\/de\/en\/arduino-modulino\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Modulino\u2122 nodes<\/a><\/strong>, Qwiic sensors, and Raspberry Pi HATs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-focus-on-local-processing-and-autonomous-systems\"><strong>Focus on local processing and autonomous systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By combining NPU-accelerated AI with a microcontroller, the platform enables systems that process data locally and react immediately.
