Compact format, compact performance

The Raspberry Pi Zero WH is the smallest developer board with a GPIO bar of just 6.5cm by 3cm. The computing power of the single-core processor comes to 1 GHz and the RAM has 512 MB. The connections are also significantly reduced but are available in mini format, such as the mini HDMI socket or the micro USB power supply. So, when buying a board, it pays to think about whether you need an adapter.

The mini Raspberry Pi has several advantages compared to the original Zero model. The Zero WH comes with integrated WLAN and also has Bluetooth and a camera connection.

This makes it particularly good for applications that will be running for a long time, but do not have to perform particularly complex or intensive tasks, such as a temperature meter or motion detector.
