The USB-C connector is on the rise. And rightly so as it offers a number of advantages in comparison to its predecessors. Some manufacturers are obviously so enthusiastic about the new interface they have forgotten about all the others. A prominent example is the new Macbook Pro from Apple, which, except for four USB-C ports, does not offer any additional connection options. But what about peripheral devices that do not have USB-C?
