High cutting force – even with stronger materials
The CAMEO 4 differs from its predecessor model and devices of other manufacturers, among other things, by the higher cutting force. Even stronger materials such as leather can be processed up to a thickness of 3mm. This increases the choice of materials for the user: from different types of paper to foils, felts and fabrics. Thanks to the integrated roll holder and cross cutter, even longer workpieces can be cut with the plotter.
Three times faster than its predecessor
For even faster processing, two tool heads ensure that two work steps can be performed at the same time. In addition, the CAMEO-4 cutting plotter draws and cuts three times faster than its predecessor model. The automatic blade adjustment also saves the user time.The Print & Cut technology allows existing motifs to be cut out particularly efficiently. The built-in optical scanner automatically reads the register marks and cuts precisely along the contours.
Digitising motifs with Pixscan technology
The CAMEO 4 is compatible with the Pixscan application. With this application, workpieces can be easily photographed or scanned for further processing on the PC. In addition to conveniently cutting out the motifs, the technology also offers the possibility of digitizing your own designs and reusing them in later projects.
Endless possibilities with the Silhouette Studio software
In addition, the CAMEO 4 features the associated Silhouette Studio software, which can be used free of charge in the Basic version. Available for Mac or Windows, it offers a range of functions comparable to high-end programs, with intuitive operation. The CAMEO 4 is connected to the PC via Bluetooth, thus saving the user cumbersome cables.
