The WXsmart is a centralized desktop controller with up to 300W that acts as the brain of your workspace, controlling multiple devices simultaneously. WXair rework module, fume extractors and automatic valve, auto-calibration unit and pre-heating plates can all be easily controlled by the WXsmart, with all tools being coordinated. Controlling the entire soldering workstation with one station saves time, space and money; more than 20 devices and tools can be connected to just 1 station. Integration is fast and flexible in any IT environment, wired or wireless.

Weller’s WXsmart has a completely redesigned user interface. With 4 quick swipes, the user can easily navigate through the stations, saving time and money. The newly integrated station screen allows the user to view the power and temperature graphs of their soldering processes in color and in real time. The large patented 4.3 inch TFT color glass touch screen is the only screen on the hand soldering market that is truly ESD safe and heat resistant. The screen is optimized for navigating with ESD-safe gloves, and hot soldering irons do not damage the touchscreen.

The tracing of the hand soldering process with the WXsmart platform offers complete transparency and comprehensive process documentation. This significantly reduces errors in soldering production, resulting in higher quality end products and yield. The Weller WXsmart also gives the administrator the option of setting up individual user accounts with password protection, so that operations are secured against unauthorized access. User management control provides full access and control of various parameters, e.g. temperature lock, tool lock and tip lock, giving the user complete control from tip to station, resulting in higher quality at every point of the soldering process.
