The Tsic™ temperature sensors are characterised by their high precision, fast response behaviour and their outstanding long-term stability. Compared to other semiconductor temperature sensors they offer an expanded measurement range of –50 - 150°C with a resolution of 0.1 K.

The digital interface makes it easy to connect to microcontrollers, with no need for an additional analogue digital converter. The sensors are calibrated so that the device manufacturer or the customer do not need to perform any further adjustment work.

These innovative semiconductor sensors are therefore a high-performance and cost-effective solution for temperature measurements in industrial measurement and regulation technology.
