The 26PC SMT (surface mount technology) pressure sensor, the first model in the 20PC SMT pressure sensor range, is a small, cost-effective and high-quality pressure measurement solution for use with PCB boards. Based on the proven reliability and accuracy of the 26PC pressure sensor, the 26PC SMT offers a more compact design and genuine SMT functionality. The smaller size means the sensor requires less space on the PCB board, so you can reduce the size of the PCB board. The 26PC SMT can be used as the first pressure sensor together with other SMT components on the PCB board, thus reducing installation costs and eliminating the need for finishing operations.
The sensor is fitted with a Wheatstone bridge, piezo-resistive silicon technology and a ratiometric output. This ensures proven application flexibility, a simple design and simple production.
The 26PC SMT pressure sensor has been developed for the medical industry, but can be used in any industry in which a placeable pressure sensor is required.
