CircuitWorks® No-Clean Tacky Flux CW 8700 is a ROL0 flux developed specifically for higher temperatures in lead-free SMD/BGA repair and rework applications.

It is characterised by high reliability and contour stability. CircuitWorks® No-Clean Tacky Flux gel holds the component in position.
Its viscosity allows for easy application.

The flux is noncorrosive and halogen-free.

CircuitWorks® No-Clean Tacky Flux is also suitable for clean-room applications.

Flux residue can be removed with flux remover (e.g. Chemtronics Flux-Off® No Clean Plus)
