MCU STM32F334R8T6

The STMicroelectronics Nucleo developer board is suitable for the STM32 F3 series for construction of your own prototypes for embedded applications; the integrated STM32F334R8T6 microcontroller is included. The STM32 Nucleo board (NUCLEO F334R8) provides flexibility in the evaluation and development of the 32-bit ARM CortexTM M4 STM32F3 processor. The Nucleo board has Arduino™ connectivity support and ST Morpho pin headers for ease of use and access to the functions of the Nucleo Open Development Platform.
  • STM32 Nucleo developer board with STM32F334R8T6 MCU, 64-KB flash memory, TQFP64 housing
  • STMicroelectronics Morpho extension pin headers and Arduino™ Uno Revision 3 connectivity
  • On board ST-LINK/V2-1 debugger/programming device with SWD plug connector
  • Mode selection switch: standalone function (ST-LINK/V2-1)
  • Power supplies: USB VBUS or external source (3.3 V; 5 V; 7 - 12 V); measuring point for power management
  • Three LEDs: USB communication; user LED, power LED
  • Two buttons: user and reset
  • Interfaces supported by USB: Virtual COM port; debug port; mass storage
  • STM32 software HAL library online
  • IDE-support (Integrated Development Environment) includes IAR, Keil, GCC-based IDEs
  • System requirements: Windows PC (XP, Vista, 7, 8), USB Type A to mini-B-USB cable

Series STM32F3
The mixed-series MCUs STM32F3 with DSP and FPU instructions combine a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 core, which runs at 72 MHz, with an extended analogue peripheral set.
  • Fast comparators (50 ns)
  • Programmable amplifiers (4 reinforcement ranges)
  • 12-bit DACs
  • Fast 12-bit ADCs (5 MS/s per channel with up to 18 MS/s in Interleaved mode)
  • 16-bit Sigma Delta ADCs
  • Fast motor control timer with 144 MHz, time resolution better than 7 ns
