AT 91SAMS7128
Atmel’s AT91SAM7S is a series of Flash microcontrollers based on 32-bit ARM RISC processors. They feature a high-speed Flash and an SRAM, a large set of peripherals including a USB 2.0 device and a full set of system functions to minimise the number of external components. The device is an ideal migration path for 8-bit microcontroller users wanting additional performance and extended memory. The embedded Flash memory can be programmed in-system via the JTAG-ICE interface or via a parallel interface on a programmer before installation. Built-in-lock bits and a security bit protect against accidental overwriting and preserves the firmware.
The AT91SAM7S series are universal micro-controllers. The built-in USB device port makes them ideal for connectivity to a PC or a mobile phone.
