11. Returns


11.1 Product Returns within Germany
reichelt elektronik GmbH & Co. KG has a special product return agreement with the German parcel carrier DHL. Product returns can be done by DHL using the address label from the return delivery slip.
For our Swiss customers the package is easily picked up after a registration and a certain lead time by GLS.
If the payment has already been transferred, the amount will be refunded immediately upon acceptance of goods, according to our terms and conditions.
The customer is not obligated to return goods by DHL.

11.2 International Product Returns
reichelt elektronik GmbH & Co. KG has a special agreement with DHL and UPS for international product returns. Product returns can be handled easily, safely and low priced.
For international product returns, the customer should inform himself in advance at
www.retouren.reichelt.com
by entering the order related data and information of the items to be sent back, and ask for an address label for the delivery return.
Reichelt elektronik will check the return shipment announcement immediately after receipt and will send an address label for the return shipment to the customer.
The customer takes the return shipment, using the address label received from reichelt, to the local post office.
If the amount payable has already been transferred, the amount will be refunded immediately upon acceptance of goods, according to our terms and conditions.
The customer is not obligated to return goods by DHL or UPS.
